The contacts that Verbify has cultivated, maintained, and advanced has helped several organizations grow and develop their missions in fundraising, civic engagement, and philanthropy. Additionally, Lori is proud of what she helped create as Co-Founder of the OB Boogie, an annual kid and family fun fest held in Martha’s Vineyard every summer. The OB Boogie was founded by Lori and 3 other mom friends with 200 guests and in 6 years, it grew to the biggest family event on the island with 1,000 guests and premier sponsors such as BMW, Essence and Shea Moisture. While attending Spelman College, Kennedy never stopped working, hosting studio panel discussions and movie screenings both on and off campus, as well as serving as the social media host for the Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith Family Foundation's "Careers In Entertainment" initiative.
