Open Auditions for AGMA Members
Dorothy Chandler Pavilion | Tuesday, June 9, 2026 | 10am - 5pm
Open auditions for principal singer positions for AGMA members will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, from 10am to 5pm at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion in downtown Los Angeles, California.
Auditions are by appointment only. To request an audition, please submit a response to the google form below:

The form will go live at 12pm PST on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, and close at 12pm PST on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
AGMA members will be singing for Paul Hopper, Senior Director of Artistic Planning.
If you are scheduled for an audition, you will receive a confirmation email with additional details, including directions, parking information, repertoire and material requirements, accompanist information, etc.
While specific audition time requests will be considered, we may not be able to accommodate all preferences. We appreciate your understanding.
Dancers and Supernumeraries:
Auditions for dancers and supernumeraries are held as needed. Please email submissions@laopera.org if interested in applying.
LA Opera Chorus:
Audition applications for the 2026/27 season have concluded. Auditions for the 2027/28 season will be announced in the fall of 2026. Please check this page for updates or email chorusauditions@laopera.org for inquiry.
