Soprano Renee Sousa has made solo appearances with LA Opera in Tannhäuser, Manon, Der Rosenkavalier and as Kate Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly.
She performed Marguerite in Faust with Pacific Repertory Opera, Mimì in La Bohème with Arizona Opera and Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni with Santa Barbara Grand Opera. Other solo work includes concert appearances with the LA Philharmonic, a Hollywood Bowl tribute to John Phillip Sousa (yes, she is related) and with Michael Feinstein at Carnegie Hall.
