World premiere: May 1, 1786, at the Burgtheater (Vienna, Austria)  

LA Opera has previously produced The Marriage of Figaro in 1990, 1994, 1997, 2001, 2004, 2006, 2010 and 2015. (This production had been originally scheduled for the spring of 2020.) 

A new LA Opera co-production with Théâtre des Champs-Elysées (Paris, France)
