Togetta (Lady Tee) Ulmer, is a product of E. St. Louis, Illinois and graduate of Southern Illinois University. She is driven by Her passion for encouraging, and motivating women through her "Recharge" seminars and personal mentoring relationships with young gifted African American women. A former assistant vice-president in the banking industry, her gift of administration coupled with dynamic gifts of bringing women together in mutual support, has allowed her to serve women from greater Los Angeles to South Africa.
