This activity is aligned with Next Generation Science Standards and VAPA Theater Standards. In this lesson, students are introduced to the importance of color on the opera stage. Through an analysis of complementary colors and an introduction to stage lighting, students will explore their own lighting designs and the designs of LA Opera productions.
