Major: Vocal Performance
Opera Activities: Thalia has been a volunteer at LA Opera’s Saturday Mornings at the Opera, a camp counselor for Opera Camp, and a member of the College Advisory Committee. She has also participated in the OperaWise program.
Opera Character: Thalia chose to recreate a scene from LA Opera’s 18/19 season production of Satyagraha because she loved the color scheme and she wanted to include her “sweet baby.”
Opera Future: Thalia hopes to one day sing the role of Despina in Mozart’s Così fan tutte. Also, she hopes to advance the arts in rural communities.
