Be transported to the bustling café’s and hidden corners of 19th-century Paris in Giacomo Puccini’s La Bohème. The opera will be transmitted live in high-definition video from nine cameras at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion to a large LED screen on the Santa Monica Pier. 

Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and experience the music and romance of La Bohème under the stars.

PARKING AT THE PIER
Lot 1 North (1550 Pacific Coast Highway Lot) underneath the pier is accessible via Appian Way. Alternative parking can be found at the Shore Hotel Parking Garage located directly across the street at 1515 Ocean Ave., and at a variety of other lots nearby. Parking can be reserved in advance here. 

TAKE THE TRAIN
The Expo Line train from Downtown LA to Santa Monica operates with 12 minute frequencies for the majority of the day and 20 minute frequencies after midnight. See the Expo Line timetable for the schedule.

BIKE VALET
Free bike valet is available from 4:30pm until the end 11pm, just south of the Pier.
