LA Opera is seeking a self-motivated individual who will be tasked with providing administrative support to the Senior Director of Development and the EVP/Chief Strategic Officer. Duties will include the management of donor records, tracking financial data, coordinating donor benefits fulfillment and staffing donor events.
Qualified candidates will have a BS/BA or equivalent in Business or a related field. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential as is the ability to demonstrate well-developed skills with databases. Non-profit experience is highly desirable. Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends is required.
Position is full-time with a comprehensive benefit package. Compensation is $16.00/hour.
