LA Opera is seeking an administrative assistant to support the finance department. Primary responsibilities include: Inputting of invoices for accounts payable; assisting check run processing; filing, scanning and photocopying; ordering office supplies; managing other company tasks and special projects as needed, such as parking, keys and badges.

Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate experience in accounting or accounts payable, scheduling, and possess the ability to accurately track and code expenses. Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is essential as is the ability to learn new programs quickly. Experience in Great Plains is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills are key. Qualified candidates will be organized, self-motivated and able to work both independently and with a team.
