As a nonprofit arts organization, we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience opera. We heard your feedback and came up with an exciting new option that cuts our marketing costs, keeps our fixed prices low, and makes the process of renewing much more convenient.
With Subscribe & Save, you'll save an additional 15% off our lowest prices and get no-hassle/no-surprise auto-renew that you can cancel at any time. Plus, you get additional benefits like "cut-the-line" privledges, backstage tours and invitations to exclusive events.
Subscribe & Save is only available for the Classic 6-Opera Package and All-In 13 Show Package.
Subscribe & Save details:
Discount: You will automatically save an extra 15% off our already low package price when you sign up for Subscribe & Save. Since our 6-Opera and 13-Show packages come with fixed pricing, your actual savings will be around 34% once you factor in demand-based pricing and fees paid by those that purchase one opera at a time. Lucky you.
Extra Benefits: As a Subscribe & Save participant you will receive priority entrance into the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and priority service at concession stands via a pin that we will issue you (don't worry, it's magnetic). There may be times when the structure of the venue may limit your access to this benefit. You will be invited to backstage tours and special events at various points throughout the season depending on artist availability and backstage access per production.
Auto-renew: You will receive a 30-day advance notice prior to being auto-renewed into the following season. You won't need to do anything to continue as a season ticket holder: the 15% Subscribe & Save discount will be automatically applied and you will automatically receive your additional benefits, like cut-the-line privledges, backstage tours and access to special events.
Cancel Anytime: You can opt out of Subscribe & Save at any time. All you need to do is call the friendly folks at the box office and they will help you -- no hoops/no hassle. You will forfeit the associated 15% discount on remaining tickets in your package and any unused Subscribe & Save additional benefits (cut-the-line privledges, backstage tours and special events), but you will keep your seats and regular package pricing and benefits.
