Solo Dancer

Louis A. Williams, Jr., a native of St. Louis, MO, is excited to be making his LA Opera debut. Theater credits include dancing for the LA Philharmonic, Aladdin, When You Wish: The Story of Walt Disney (dance captain), A Chorus Line (Larry), Oklahoma! and Hairspray. He was a featured soloist in Aida, Rinaldo, Don Giovanni, The Ghosts of Versailles and Salome at Lyric Opera of Chicago and Opera Theatre of St. Louis, and several MUNY productions. He can also be seen in the film Last of the Showmen starring Ben Vereen and in Fergie's music video for "A Little Party Never Killed Nobody (All We Got)." He received a BFA in Dance from Webster University. Scholarship recipient at Krupinski Academy of Dance, The Ailey School, Dance Theatre of Harlem, and River North Chicago Dance Company.
