Britten 100/LA Performance: The Colburn School

The Rape of Lucretia (Op. 37, 1946)
Presented by The Colburn School, featuring James Conlon conducting members of the Colburn Orchestra and a cast that includes singers from LA Opera's Domingo-Thornton Young Artist Program. Mr. Conlon will give pre-performance lectures at 7:15pm on each night in Thayer Hall (at Colburn). Additionally, there will be a staged Britten Art Song Prelude each evening beginning at 5:30pm in Zipper Hall.
