Leslie was a soloist with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago for five seasons, touring the U.S. and internationally, performing works by Margo Sappington, Lou Conte and Twyla Tharp among others. She joined the Dayton Ballet as a soloist for two seasons under the direction of James Clouser. She has danced on Broadway in La Cage Aux Folles, Victor/Victoria (with Julie Andrews), and at Lincoln Center with the NY Philharmonic in My Fair Lady and with the New York City Opera in The Most Happy Fella. Leslie has danced, acted and sung her way through 25 years of regional theatre productions and has appeared in 14 productions with LA Opera since 2000, including Aida (twice), Merry Widow (twice), Idomeneo, Don Giovanni, Il trovatore, Vanessa, The Grand Duchess, and Die Vogel. As an actress, Leslie has appeared on familiar shows True Blood, Criminal Minds, Close To Home, Strong Medicine and The O.C. Leslie received a Best Supporting Actress award for the short film “Charlie Thistle” and plays the leading lady role in the upcoming feature film, The Boarder. She is a graduate of the Shakespeare LAB at New York’s Public Theatre.
