César Sánchez

Mr. César Sánchez is originally from northern Mexico, where he began his studies and love for music in a church chorus named Sacred Heart of Jesus. Later on he studied at the “School of Sacred Music" in Guadalajara, Mexico and the Mozarteum University in Salzburg, Austria. He has performed concerts and recitals as well as operas both in Europe and America, such as Turiddu in Cavalleria Rusticana, Alfredo in La Traviata and Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoore; he also has sung at the Köln Philharmonic in Germany, Wuppertal Stat Sal (also in Germany) as well as in other cities. He has performed in different cities and festivals in Romania, where he had the opportunity to sing at the Athenaeum in Bucharest as well as in Satu Mare Philharmonic, Oradea and Sibiu with Conductor Marco Balderi and the soprano Mariana Nicolesco in the European Capital for the Arts Festival. Mr. Sanchez has won the Darclee International Voice Competition, and was bestowed the title Ambassador for the Arts by the Mexican government.
