Burbank native Julie Adams earned her master’s degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, where she also completed undergraduate studies. She performed Lia in Debussy’s L’enfant prodigue with the International Vocal Arts Institute in Tel Aviv. In 2013, she was a vocal fellow at the Music Academy of the West in Santa Barbara, California, where she performed the role of Pamina in The Magic Flute. She is a 2014 participant in the Merola Opera Program, singing the role of Blanche DuBois in A Streetcar Named Desire. She is a 2014 winner of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions.
